Again alices garden did not contact me i had to contact them alices garden is very good at dealing out the bull on the phone basically absolving themselves of the problem. I was told they close their phone lines at 1 pm. Having a trampoline almost built but not ready to use in the garden with a child who s raring to use it for 12 days is annoying and i really don t understand why it should take so long to send out a simple replacement part. I now have nothing for my grandchildren this christmas and alices garden just don t care.
